The Call Vocational Life and Purpose Guide was developed through many years of study and reflection on our nature as people, but also as spiritual persons gifted and uniquely called by God. The Call benefits from this expertise and insight and continues to be refined. Follow Your Calling works in partnership with Profiles International — a leader in design, validation and delivery of on-line assessments — to provide testing and test results. Follow Your Calling provides specialized reports and personal test analysis upon request. We are also available for training and teaching individuals and organizations about discovering and following one's unique calling.

Randy Austad

Randy Austad is the author of The CALL Vocational & Life Purpose Guide assessment, and a recognized expert in the field of assessments. The focus of his MBA graduate thesis (U. of Sioux Falls, '96) was how assessments predict employment success. He is certified in many popular assessment tools and is a frequent consultant to assessment and counseling clients across the U.S.

Randy is a life long student of understanding people in the workplace and how that impacts the bottom line. He often comments, "I'm able to live my passion because I've found my life purpose. I'm a poster-child for the value of great job fit."

In addition to his assessment and counseling experience, he served as Exec. Vice President and oversaw HR in his family's successful golf catalog business, Austad's Golf, based in Sioux Falls, SD. He also served as a Regional Vice President and assessment consultant for Profiles International, a leader in design, validation and delivery of on-line assessments for the corporate workplace.

Randy was the youngest 2-term State Senator in South Dakota (1986-1990) and has attended the North American Baptist Seminary. He has been an active member of The National Speakers Association and former President of The National Family Business Council. Randy resides in Centennial, CO with his wife, Muriel, and four daughters.
